This is a lovely house with a great view across the river. Unfortunately, several rail lines (a major drawback) separate this property from the riverfront. Imagine the noise when a long freight train passes in the middle of the night. A second drawback is that the property tax last year was $42,351 which may not be a big deal to the rich, but seems much higher than the more or less standard annual property tax mill rate of 1 percent.
